General Manager: Emmanuel Ato Kwegyir-Paintsil
Emmanuel is a Business Development and Investment Consultant and has about 30 years diverse experience in social and organizational
development and field works spanning the West and Central African Regions. He was a Co-Consulting Writer for the Booklet
on “The Guide to Doing Business The ECOWAS Way” For the Center for Regional Integration In Africa, (CRIA) GIMPA.
He has consulted for many Organizations such as the Shaaba Group, Agri-Business Systems International, Orient Energy, among others.
He is on the Board of Akosombo Paper Mills Ltd and Michael Lapsley Foundation. Emmanuel has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics
and Political Science from the University of Ghana and an MBA with emphasis in International Business i.e. Global Marketing,
International Finance and International Human Resource from the Paris Graduate School of Management.
Finance Manager: George Osei Waree
Mr. George Osei-Waree is a professional Chartered Accountant with a distinguished career in managing comprehensive internal, operational and financial audits.
He has expertise in improving financial and operational practices, creating corrective action plans and providing change recommendations. He is a proven leader with success in directing complex projects and managing multi-cultural teams in supporting and achieving corporate objectives.
Mr. Osei – Waree holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Nürtingen-Geislingen University, Germany, A Diploma in Professional Accountancy from Thames Valley University,
Slough, UK. He is also a Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
Head of Admin: Enoch Obeng
Enoch is a career management professional, He has over 8 years’ experience in Human Resource, and cooperate management practices.
Having created a niche for himself, Mr. Obeng also has extensive expertise in foreign trade negotiations and strategic management policy development.
Mr. Enoch Obeng is a communication and sales expert with experiences in FMCG within the Ghanaian and West African Market.
He has conducted several marketing penetration researches and has successfully spearheaded a number of product launches within the scope of our business.
Mr. Enoch Obeng has a proven record in product awareness, distribution and sales. He holds a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast and a number of certificates in marketing and management.
Head of Accounts: Angela Kyerewa Ankorful
Angela is a graduate from the University of Cape Coast. She has nine years and heads the Accounts division of the company.
Angela rose through the ranks starting as an Admin Assistant, Accounts Assistant before finally heading the division.
She helped build the very strong accounting system the company rides on and currently she is training other new staff.
